Last year nearly 100 schools participated in what was called the nation’s biggest collegiate clothing drive, SustainU Clothing’s oneShirt Challenge. This year SustainU Clothing hopes that 200 schools in all 50 states will participate in the event.
The oneShirt Challenge asks campus groups and clubs from across the nation to collect used clothing donations while competing against other college campuses during Earth Week April 16-21. At the end of the challenge, schools will weigh donations and the school with the most total and the most per student donations will garner the title “Big Shirt on Campus.”
